Our Wine Director, James Beard ‘Best Chef’ Craig Shelton, has assembled an outstanding collection of over 200 wines all of which are rated at 90 points and above with what may be the lowest wine markups in the restaurant industry.
Craig Shelton was both the chef and the Wine Director at his restaurant, The Ryland Inn, for 20 years. His Ryland Inn wine list was awarded the ‘Best French Wine List in America’ at the Liguna Niguel Wine Festival in 1996.
Massimo Schiavon, recently of The Pierre hotel NYC. Massimo has worked in the wine industry as well as in hospitality for over 20 years and he is a graduate of the Università deli Studi di Genova.
